Returns & Replacements

Our goal is to make purchasing and returning products a very simple process.


Product Return Process:

Product must have been purchased within the past 30 days.

Before returning an item, regardless of the reason, please email us at support@hunterselectus.com

The email Subject should read: Return Request

If a product is defective or damaged, please email us with a picture(s) of the item along with as much detail as possible regarding how or why the item is damaged or defective.

You will receive a response from us within 24 hours, asking for more information or approval of the return along with a Return Address and RMA Number if applicable.

When returning a product:

Ensure the product is still in the original packaging and is not damaged

The buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless we have stated otherwise.

We do not accept returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of receipt. If you feel an exception should be made, please email us at support@hunterselectus.com explaining your reasoning.
