30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
At Hunter Select, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Unless otherwise noted in the product description, all items sold are new and typically covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and the product remains unused and uninstalled, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it or the appropriate 30% RESTOCKING FEE is applied to the refund or the exchange amount. (Certain exclusions apply; see details below.)
Before initiating a return, please review the following return policy to ensure eligibility.
Defective Products
If you encounter any issues with a Hunter Select product at any time, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving your concerns promptly and reasonably.
Products That Are Used or Missing Parts
- Returns must be in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories (e.g., installation tools, screws, manuals).
- Products with damaged or missing packaging are ineligible for return.
- Claims for missing or damaged items/parts must be submitted within three days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
- Used or damaged items (except in cases of defective products) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Modifying a product renders it ineligible for return and voids the manufacturer warranty.
A product is considered used if it:
- Has been installed or mounted on a firearm or other device.
- Shows signs of cosmetic wear, such as installation marks, blemishes, scratches, or dents.
- Has been physically altered or damaged.
Products Beyond the Return Period
Products that exceed the 30-day return window cannot be returned to Hunter Select. However, they may still be eligible for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty verification and support, contact the manufacturer directly.
Note: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Report any damages or discrepancies within three days of receipt.
How to Make a Return
To ensure a smooth return process, follow these steps:

Obtain an RMA Number:
Contact Hunter Select to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted. -
Include Necessary Information:
Enclose a note with the following details:- Your name, shipping address, phone number, and email.
- The RMA number.
- Reason for the return (including specific details such as firearm or usage environment for defective products).

Prepare the Package:
- Use appropriate padding to protect the item and place it in the original packaging or a suitable shipping box.
- Ensure the item remains in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.
- Remove or cover any original shipping labels.

Attach the Return Label:
If provided, affix the preprinted return shipping label to the package. Drop it off at an official or authorized UPS location. -
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
